Where we are.

Spittal is a small village of around 60 inhabitants spread along nearly two miles of the A9, the main road to the North of Scotland.

Spittal Hill, at only 578 feet high, is the highest ground in the centre of the County and gives a spectacular view for many miles in all directions on a clear day.

We have a Village Hall which was the school for the area up until 1972.

Industries in the immediate area are farming and quarrying the local flagstone.
